The Pack vs. The Vikings

Both teams human-owned, undefeated, and division rivals. Winner takes
first place in the NFC North, loser chases their coattails. It'll be a
doozy (yeah, I just used that word, what are you gonna do about it?)

I got the Pack, and I know the matchup of the week wasn't Pats/Ravens. I played absolutely horrendously, still nearly pulled off the victory. My offense is becoming putrid as of late!

actually a lot like the real game on MNF... Aaron Rodgers threw for a career high in yards, but the turnovers cost them the game. Also the decision to go for it 3 times on 4th down really hurt them, that was 9 points they took off the board. And, yes I do have the Pack kicker in my fantasy team, so I was extra pissed off.

Lol, the Pack are my favorite team AND I had Crosby too, but by that
time my fantasy team was down by 21 points anyway, so I think I was a
bit more pissed off lol.

And the online game actually went very little like the real life game,
other than the score. I lost because I simply could not stop AD not
matter what I did. I would line up 4 guys (a S, CB, and 2 LBs) outside
and he would still get outside for a long run. It was
ridiculous! The 3 picks I threw, one was a good defensive play, one I
hit the wrong damn button lol, and the other Rodgers overthew a wide
open man in the endzone by like 10 feet! From the 5 yard line!!! Gah! I
had his passing game stuffed until the 3rd quarter when I was putting 9
men in the box (and still couldn't stop AD), and then he was just
lobbing it up to Harvin, so I think I can beat him next game if I just
work on stopping the run. Oh, and I couldn't run for shit either, but
I'm going to attribute that to an amazing Vikes run defense and good
play by his part.

One good note however, Rodgers had 527 yards passing, which I believe is an NFL record, no?

Dang it! After I knew I was going to lose that was my goal. Oh well, I think I'll do better against the Lions though

Hey now! Watch what your saying lol. I know im not the greatest player, and I clearly dont have the greatest team, but it looks like so far that Matt Stafford is the real deal in this league Wink

lol true. Ive played nt and his record in no way shows his skill. somehow he lost to the cpu.... but he's a great player, look for him to shake up the nfc north

Lol nt, I was more or less referring to the fact that there is no way the Lions defense is better then the Vikes defense, no matter how good you are. You can't control all 11 guys Smile
